  • At every visit you’ll be sent a detailed Visit Report including a Journal from your pet(s) with photos and videos. If there’s another way we can help you to feel informed, like a video chat, we’ll happily do that.

  • We have a comprehensive 50-point Home Health & Safety Checklist that we customize for you and then use to inspect your home. It includes all areas and systems in your home. If anything is wrong, we let you know and then handle it.

  • Yes. Whatever you need, we’re on it.

  • We have flat-fee, all-inclusive pricing and do not up charge for additional pets, tasks or services.

    We don’t expect or accept tips.

    30 minutes: $55 • 60 minutes: $95 • 90 minutes: $135 • 120 minutes: $175 •

  • We would use our extensive experience to calmly assess the situation and immediately act to ensure safety for everyone. You will be informed immediately and we’ll discuss a plan for next steps.

  • Scott and Sara are each other’s first backups. We have also trained, experienced colleagues that can step-in to provide coverage.

  • Yes to all. We live in Orono, just off Shoreline Drive and can provide a background check, identity verification and very happy references.

  • Overnight stays are currently available only to existing clients or new clients who are referred by existing clients.

  • We're flexible. Tell us what you need and we'll do our best to make it work.

  • As early as possible. Our schedules fill up, but will always do our best to take care of you.
